Do you dream about coming home to a delicious dinner thats been prepared by someone else? As your Personal Chef, I can make that dream come true. A Personal Chef shops, cooks in your kitchen with all their own utensils, cleans up, and leaves the food in the fridge or freezer with heating directions. I can cook sophisticated gourmet fare, or down-home comfort food. Above all I specialize in making great do-ahead meals. I can also prepare a menu to fit your special dietary requirements; such as, diabetes, or high blood pressure; or perhaps a weight loss menu, i.e., Weight Watchers or the Atkins Diet. | |
Our first meeting is to do a free food assessment where we discuss your likes & dislikes, comfort foods, any herbs or spices that you like or dont like, any allergies, or any special dietary requirements. From that I prepare a menu for your approval. On the day we designate as our cooking day, I will arrive, after having shopped for all the best quality and freshest ingredients, with all the cooking utensils and equipment needed to prepare your dishes. Depending on your choices some of the foods will be frozen and some left in the fridge to be eaten soon. All foods are labeled and heating instructions are also left for your convenience. Your kitchen is left clean with the only evidence of me being there is the wonderful aromas from all the food that has been prepared. I have been known to leave a sweet surprise or maybe a loaf of fresh baked bread or muffins. Meals are packaged for 2 (includes meat, starch and vegetable), priced from $40 per meal with a 5-serving minimum for weekly service. Biweekly or occasional service is also available. Containers may be additional. |
